Congratulations on being selected to work at Virco!
Staffmark and Virco have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Solutions Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Virco.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark OnSite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
How to Check-In
On your first day your Staffmark On-Site Representative will meet you at the employee entrance.
Orientation Information
- Badges are required. You MUST have them to get through the security gates.
- No cameras, weapons or unauthorized visitors are allowed on Virco premises.
- No cellphones, ear buds or headphones are allowed on production floor.

The employee portal! Go to www.employeeworkplace.com and log in using your email. Reset your password if you forget it. If the website doesn’t work on your phone, try a computer, or call our help line (855) 801-8451.
Employee Policies
Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
Your pay will be monitored by an automatic timekeeping system.
- Clock in for start of shift, in and out for meal break, and out for end of shift
- Do not clock in more than 7 minutes prior to shift start.
- You must always clock out and notify a leader if you are leaving the facility.
- Missed punches can cause mistakes on your pay checks and we cannot ensure your paycheck accuracy.
- If you have any problems with the time clock, please see your Staffmark On-Site Manager.
Pay Rates
- 1st Shift | $15.00
- 2nd Shift | $15.30
Pay Schedule
- Paydays are every Friday.
- Pay period is from Monday to Sunday and is paid the following Friday.
- You have 2 ways to receive your paycheck:
- Direct Deposit
- Skylight Pay Card.
Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
Please notify Staffmark by texting 501-327-9100. Please leave the following information:
- Name
- Shift
- Reason for Absence
- Phone #
- Site Location
Requesting Time Off:
Please contact your Staffmark recruiter for any time that is needed off.
Please note not all requests will be approved. Request will be approved based off business needs.
Lunch / Other Policies
You will receive a 20 min lunch and a 10 min break each day. Remember there is no need to clock and in and out for your lunch period. Breakroom offers the following: microwaves, refrigerator, vending machines.
