Congratulations on being selected to work at FedEx!
Staffmark and FedEx have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and FedEx.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
How to Check-In
Check-in information will be provided to you by your Staffmark Onsite Representative.

Forklift
- 1st & 3rd Shift 5:30am-5:30pm /5:30pm-5:30am | 2- 2- 3
SIOC
- 1st & 3rd Shift 5:45am-6:00pm /5:45pm-6:00am | 2- 2- 3
At FedEx you will have some mandatory overtime. Your supervisor will let you know the days that you will need to work. Overtime pay after 40 hours.

Parking
Pull into gate 14. You will enter the doors labeled Contractor Entrance.
Be sure to allow time for traffic so you are not late your first day of work.
From the Staffmark branch, it is approximately a 11-minute drive.

Pay Rates
Customization
- 1st Shift | $15/hr + $2 perfect attendance bonus
- 2nd Shift | $17/hr + $2 perfect attendance bonus
Partials
- 1st Shift | $15/hr + $2 perfect attendance bonus
- 2nd Shift | $17/hr + $2 perfect attendance bonus
Forklift
- $20/hr (days) $22/hr (nights)
SIOC
- $15/hr (days) $17/hr (nights)
Pay Schedule
- Paydays are every Friday.
- Pay period is from Monday to Sunday and is paid the following Friday.
- You have 2 ways to receive your paycheck:
- Direct Deposit
- Skylight Pay Card.

Lunch / Other Policies
Lunch is a 30 minute break as long as you do not leave the property. Refrigerators, microwaves, vending machines are provided.
Other Policies
- Phones are reserve for lunch period and breaks. It is not safe to use it while working and a safety violation. Cell phone usage is prohibited on the floor.
- No loitering in parking lot.
- Smoking is only allowed at designated smoke shacks or inside vehicles. No smoking on premises outside of these areas.
Dress Code
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
- Steel toed shoes or boots are required every day.
- T-shirts, safety vest, and jeans with no tears or tips
- You will be provided PPE based upon your job and department.
- Partials position: safety glasses
- Forklift positions: safety glasses
- Customization positions: safety glasses
