Congratulations on being selected to work at Robert Bosch!
Staffmark and Robert Bosch have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Robert Bosch.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
You must have your badge daily to get in and out of the building. Badges will be assigned on your first day.
You will need to be able to pass through the turnstile with metal detectors. Please remove anything from your pockets that could set off the metal detectors.
You are not permitted to us your badge to allow another teammate to gain access into the facility.
Any cell phones or electronic devices are not permitted for use on the warehouse floor. Do not connect your personal device to Bosch computer equipment.
There is no smoking, vaping or dipping inside the facility.
All Bags, lunchboxes, backpacks, briefcases or other closed top storage items must be searched before leaving the facility.

501F 1st Shift 6:00am- 2:30pm | Monday to Friday 2nd Shift 2:00pm- 10:30pm | Monday to Friday
Postponement: 7:00am- 3:30pm | Monday to Friday
All areas may require mandatory overtime during the week. They may also require Saturdays and some Sundays.
The employee portal! Go to www.employeeworkplace.com and log in using your email. Reset your password if you forget it. If the website doesn’t work on your phone, try a computer, or call our help line (855) 801-8451.
Please clock in and out at the beginning and end of your shift. You must use the last 4 of your social security number. Please make sure you are seeing your on-site leaders if you miss a punch and complete a missed punch form. It is your responsibility to ensure you are clocking in and out for your shifts. Please ensure your in and out punches are accurate.
Please remember you are only allowed to clock in and out for yourself. If you clock in for someone else, it will be grounds for termination.
Pay Rates
1st Shift| $16.00
2nd Shift | $17.00
Pay Schedule
Paydays are every Friday.
Pay period is from Monday to Sunday and is paid the following Friday.

Please see the on-site leadership team. You will need to complete a Time Off Request form. Request must be made and approved 48 hours prior to the date needed off. All requests are first come, first serve. Please note all requests are subject to business needs. Not all requests will be approved.
10 Point Policy Occurrences = unplanned absences, tardies, or partial days worked.
Full day without prior approval = 1 point. Each day missed is 1 point.
0 hours – 4 hours = ½ point
4 hours – 8 hours = 1 point
Failure to punch in or out = ¼ point each. NCNS = 2 points
Prefer no days missed in the first 30 days. If more than 2 occurrences, you could be termed.
5 points – Oral warning
7 points – Written warning
9 points – Final warning
10 points – Termination
3 consecutive days of absence without call is job abandonment.
