Congratulations on being selected to work at Geodis!
Staffmark and Geodis have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Geodis.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

Geodis Apple has over a 12 different schedules.
You will be confirmed for your schedule during the recruiting process.
Staffmark will also confirm it in your welcome text.
Overtime is mandatory after 3 weeks on the job.

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
You will receive a badge on your first day and you will use that daily to clock in and out.
Please make sure you are also clocking out for your lunch.
If you miss a punch please make sure you are communicating that to Neri the Staffmark On-Site represnetative and your supervisor.
Time accuracy is your responsibility and that will ensure their are no delays in your pay check.
Pay Schedule
Material Handlers range $16.75 – $17.75 / hr
Reach Truck Op range $18 – $21.50 / hr
Electronic Pallet Jack range $20.50 – $21.50 / hr
- Pay varies by shift and position.
- Your pay will be confirmed with you on your welcome text message.
Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
If you are going to late or absent please text Neri at 615-632-8857 and your department supervisor. Please let them know the following:
- Name
- Agency name
- Telephone number
- Reason for absence or tardy
Requesting Time Off:
Please connect with Neri to discuss any days you may need off. Please keep in mind approvals are based off floor needs.
Lunch / Other Policies
Please pack a lunch.
You will receive a 30 minute lunch (please remember to clock in and out for).
There are no off-site food options near the facility.
The site offers microwaves, refrigerators, and vending machines.
Everyone must pick up after themselves during the lunch period. This will ensure everyone has a clean environment to take their break in.
- No cell phones are permitted. Please leave them in your car.
Dress Code
What to wear:
- Comfortable tennis shoes – you will be doing lots of walking.
- Shorts are allowed (can not be more then 3 inches from knee)
- Pants
- T-shirts
- Remember you are in a work environment, so no offensive language or symbols you clothing.
What not to wear:
- No open back or open-toe shoes
- No cargo pants
