Staffmark and Neaton Auto Products have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Neaton Auto Products.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
Neaton production demands may require OT. It is important to BE FLEXIBLE as
business demands can change rapidly. Your specific department will be
provided when you start.
Parking is available on premise. It is recommended to arrive 15 min. early
to park prior to your shift to allow ease into the facility and at the
timeclock.
Employees are not permitted to double park or park along the sidewalks. Please park between the lines to avoid a ticket from Security. Observe speed limits at all times and be aware of trucks coming and going. The parking lot is monitored 24 hours a day for your safety and protection.

Failure to call and text will result in a No Call No Show. When calling out late or absent from work, please provide:
You get 2-10 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch break. These breaks are unpaid. Refrigerators, microwaves and an Open Market are available on premise. Please do your part to keep the area clean. Due to department production demands, break times may vary.
