Congratulations on being selected to work at Ahresty!
Staffmark and Ahresty have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Ahresty.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
How to Check-In
Report 15 minutes early to the warehouse building 3306 Progress Way Building 5 Wilmington, Ohio 45177.
Start time: 7:30am.
Orientation Information
Completed in the office with the onsite tour that must be completed prior to your scheduled start date.
Shifts | Workhours | Workdays
Hours depend on department. Training is completed on 1st shift for 1 to 4 weeks.
- Machining training | 6:45am-3:15pm | Monday to Friday
- Die Cast training | 7:30am – 4pm | Monday to Friday
After the training is completed, you will move to 2nd or 3rd shift, you will be provided those hours once you know department. Overtime is mandatory on a daily & weekly basis.

You are able to come into the office Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm.
If you are needing assistance outside of those hours please call the office to schedule an appointment to meet your needs.

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
You will receive a badge to clock in with on the time clock.
Pay Rates
- 1st Shift | $16.75
- 2nd/3rd Shift | $17.75
- Time & a half is offered for anything over 40 hours.
Each week they offer a perfect attendance bonus you can receive $.50 hourly increase making your pay rate $17.25 OR $18.25!
Pay Schedule
Paid weekly on Friday
Pay via direct deposit or electronic paycard

Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
Report absences to Ahresty call off line 937-382-6112 ext 112 as well as call or text Staffmark 937-383-0111.
Call/text if you will be late or absent from work, providing:
- First name
- Last name
- Department
- Reason
- Phone number
Requesting Time Off:
This will need to be established at the beginning of accepting the position.
If something comes up please contact your Staffmark Recruiting Manager and your Department Supervisor.
Lunch / Other Policies
They offer a great market in their break room with a wide variety of meals, snacks, drinks and much more!
Most do not accept cash, but you are able to put onto a market card.
Dress Code
What to wear:
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
- Jeans or work pants with no holes or rips.
- Tshirt with nothing offensive.
- Lace-up steel toe boots.
What not to wear:
- Nothing offensive.
- Anything with holes or rips.
- No sweat pants or shorts.
