Congratulations on being selected to work at CEVA!
Staffmark and CEVA have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and CEVA.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
Orientation Information
Contact your Staffmark Representative to get the Orientation information.
Shifts | Workhours | Workdays
1st Shift: 6:30AM – 3:00PM | Monday – Friday
2nd Shift: 4:30PM – 1:00AM | Monday – Friday
Hours are based on volume and overtime may be required.
Currently working 1-2 HR OT each day and every other Saturday.

Parking
Park in the parking lot in front of the building. Walk towards the front by the visitor’s entrance.
There is no public transportation to the site as of right now. You will need to drive in or carpool with someone else that works there.

Pay Rates
- 1st Shift: $15.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: $16.00/hour
Overtime pay after 40 hours.
Pay Schedule
- Paydays are every Friday.
- Pay period is from Monday to Sunday and is paid the following Friday.
- You have 2 ways to receive your paycheck:
- Direct Deposit
- Skylight Pay Card.
Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
Call CEVA FIRST: 770-574-3397
Then text 770-285-0591 if you are going to be absent or late.
Failure to call and text will result in a No Call No Show.
Call/text if you will be late or absent from work, providing:
- First name
- Last name
- Reason for absence
- Phone number
Requesting Time Off:
Please let your supervisor know before you talk to Staffmark.
To request time off please let your Staffmark Onsite representative know. You can text in at 770-285-0591.
Lunch / Other Policies
Lunches are 30 minutes, so it is suggested that you bring your lunch.
Refrigerators, microwaves, vending machines and storage shelves are provided.
Please do your part to keep the area clean.
There are FREE SNACKS AND DRINKS available.
Dress Code
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
What to wear:
- Steel-toed boots shoes are required. You can buy some here!
- Please bring your government issued ID.
- Casual dress code.
- You will be given a uniform on your first day.
What not to wear:
- No Headphones
- No open-toe or open-heel shoes
- Any visible clothing that displays or depicts nudity, obscenity, violence, or sexually suggestive design.
- No Crop Tops or Tank Tops.
