Congratulations on being selected to work at Coleman outdoor!
Staffmark and Coleman Outdoor have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Coleman Outdoor.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
Orientation Information
Contact your Staffmark Representative for your Orientation Information.
PLEASE NOTE:
- A policy review will be conducted with you during your orientation. If you have questions, please speak with your Staffmark onsite representative.
Shifts | Workhours | Workdays
- 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm | Monday – Friday
- Overtime on the weekends as needed

Time Clock Procedures
- Clock in/out using electronic timeclock.
- You will punch in/out for lunch as well.
Pay RATE
- 1st Shift | $15/hr
*$1/hr extra for forklift
Pay Schedule
- Paydays are every Friday.
- Pay via direct deposit or electronic paycard
Attendance & Shifts
INCASE YOU ARE LATE OR ABSENT
Please call your Coleman supervisor.

REQUESTING TIME OFF
Time Off Request Forms will be provided by your Coleman supervisor.
Please return completed forms to your Coleman supervisor.
Lunch / Other Policies
Lunches are a 30 minute unpaid break, so it is suggested that you bring your lunch.
Dress Code
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
What to Wear:
- Casual attire
- Closed toed shoes
- Pants or shorts
What NOT to Wear:
- No ripped or torn clothing
- No sleeveless shirts or tank tops
- No open toed shoes
