Congratulations on being selected to work at Danfoss!
Staffmark and Danfoss have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Danfoss.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
How to Check-In
- Report to door S4 and Olivia will be there.
- Be sure to allow time for traffic so you are not late your first day of work.
Orientation Information
Orientation Days and Times:
Monday 8:00am – 2:30pm
Tuesday 8:00am – 11:30am
Wednesday – Start on production floor
Shifts | Workhours | Workdays
Starting June 1st 2025: 4-10 hours
Hose Assembly and Adapters Assembly:
1st Shift | Mon-Thurs | 6am-4pm
3rd Shift | Mon-Fri | 8pm-6am
4th Shift | 7am-7pm
Fittings and Custom Tubes:
1st Shift | Mon-Thurs | 6:15am-4:15pm
3rd Shift | Mon-Fri | 8:15pm-6:15am
4th Shift | 5am-5pm
Non 10 hour days
Distribution, Quality, and Metal Finishing
1st Shift | 6:45am-3:00pm
2nd Shift | 2:45pm-11:00am
3rd Shift | 10:45pm-7:00am
4th Shift | 7:00am-7:00pm
- Pay for all positions: all shifts start at $17/hr with $1 shift differential
- You will get overtime opportunities and make good money!
- Overtime is typically mandatory if scheduled for the department
- Overtime pay begins after completing 40 hours

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
Please contact your Staffmark Representative for Time Clock Procedures.
Pay Schedule
Fridays are pay days!
- If you requested a pay card you will need to pick it up from the Staffmark office.
- The pay week runs Sunday – Saturday.
- When you receive your pay on Friday, you are being paid for the hours you worked the prior week.
NETSPEND (optional)
- Once you start working you can sign up with Netspend.
- To participate in Netspend, you will need to download the Netspend app (iPhone | Android)
- When you Direct Deposit to your Netspend Card, you can get your paycheck up to 2 days faster.

- Email Netspend at EWAsupport@netspend.com or text/call 1-844-985-3596. The customer care team is available from 9am-5pm central time, Monday through Friday.
Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
NOTIFICATION LINE (Call Only) – 419.232.supervisors four-digit extension

Requesting Time Off:
Please contact your Staffmark Representative for information on requesting time off.
Lunch / Other Policies
You get a 30-minute paid lunch.
Refrigerators, microwaves, vending machines and storage shelves are provided.
Phones are reserve for lunch period and breaks. It is not safe to use it while working and a safety violation.
Dress Code
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
Steel toed shoes are required every day.
T-shirts and jeans with no tears or rips.
You will be provided PPEs based upon your job and department.
