Congratulations on being selected to work at DeSter!
Staffmark and DeSter have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Solutions Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and DeSter.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

1st shift | 7:00am – 3:30pm | Monday – Friday
2nd shift | 3:00pm – 11:30pm | Monday – Friday
3rd shift | 11:00pm – 7:30am | Monday – Friday

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
Clock in no earlier than 5 minutes before shift start time.
Clock in daily.
Failure to clock in and out can affect your pay.
Please contact Staffmark if you have any issues with the timeclock.
Pay Rates
- 1st shift = $15.00/hr
- 2nd and 3rd shift = $16.00/hr
Pay Schedule
Overtime pay after 40 hours
Paid weekly on Friday
Pay via direct deposit or electronic paycard
