Congratulations on being selected to work at Indeed Flex at stord
Staffmark and Indeed Flex have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Solutions Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Indeed Flex.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

Please park in the Employee Parking Lot located at the front of the building near the Entrance.
Do not park in the Reserved/Visitor’s spaces.

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
Use your date of birth (MMDDYY) to clock in. You will be required to clock in/out 4 x’s per day:
- Start of Shift
- In/Out for Lunch
- End of Shift
Do not clock in more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled shift start. Clock out within 5 minutes from the end of your shift.
Pay Rates
1st Shift | $15.69
Pay Schedule
Paydays are every Friday.
Pay period is from Monday to Sunday and is paid the following Friday.
You have 2 ways to receive your paycheck:
- Direct Deposit
- Skylight Pay Card

Requesting Time Off:
Complete the Request for Time Off form and turn in to your Staffmark Onsite Representative.
Lunch / Other Policies
1st Shift: Lunch is 30 minutes (unpaid) with (2) 15 minute breaks (paid).
Market Place, vending machines, microwaves, and refrigerators are available.
Dress Code
What to wear:
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
- Long pants such as jeans, cargo or athleisure (no holes, frays)
- Shorts may be worn – MUST be no higher than 2” from the knee
- Pants/Jeans must be worn at or above the waist
- T-shirts, polo shirts, button ups – MUST have sleeves
- No offensive wording, images, political or drug related
- Close toe/heel shoes
- Jackets/Coats must be fitted
What not to wear:
- Dangly Jewelry
- No Hoods may be worn
- No long strings
- No Sleeveless tops, low cut tops or tops that reveal the midriff
- No clothing with holes or tears
- No Oversized clothing or jackets/coats
- No undergarments showing
