Time Clock + Pay

Time Clock Procedures

All associates will use Impact’s Kronos Timeclocks on the production floor. If an associate is unable to clock in or out, the associate will need to see the Impact team on-site or a Legrand supervisor. For associates to ensure their paycheck is always correct, they need to always punch in when they begin working and at the end of their shift. If a punch is missed, the associate should inform their supervisor!

Once assigned to a work area, the supervisor will advise the location of startup meetings, to communicate daily work focus.
