Congratulations on being selected to work at Lewis Salvage!
Staffmark and Lewis Salvage have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Solutions Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Lewis Salvage.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

The employee portal! Go to www.employeeworkplace.com and log in using your email. Reset your password if you forget it. If the website doesn’t work on your phone, try a computer, or call our help line (855) 801-8451.

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
You will use the last 4 of your Social security number to clock in / out on the Staffmark timeclock.
Pay Rate
1st Shift | $16.50/hr
After 30 days of good attendance, pay will be bumped to $17.50/hr.
Overtime pay after 40 hours.
Pay Schedule
- Paydays are every Friday.
- Pay period is from Monday to Sunday and is paid the following Friday.
- You have 2 ways to receive your paycheck:
- Direct Deposit
- Skylight Pay Card.
Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
Employees must call both Staffmark (574)-269-5627 and Lewis Salvage (574)-267-6781 ext. 2002 at least 2 hours before your shift if you are going to be late or absent. If after hours you must leave a message and please provide:
- Name
- Reason for Absence
- Phone #
Requesting Time Off:
You can not take any days off your first week due to training.
If you need to take any days off you will have to get approval directly from your Lewis Salvage Supervisor, Staffmark Group Company is not able to approve time off requests without approval from Lewis Salvage supervisor.
Lunch / Other Policies
You will have a 45-minute lunch break. It is suggested to bring your lunch.
