Congratulations on being selected to work at MCS Industries!
Staffmark and MCS Industries have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Solutions Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and MCS Industries.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

Orientation is the first day at 7am.

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
Use the last 4 digits of your SSN to clock in and clock out.
Pay Rates
- VAS | $15.50/hr + incentive to $26.50
- Unload | $17/hr + incentive to $30.20
Pay Schedule
- Paydays are every Friday.
- Pay period is from Monday to Sunday and is paid the following Friday.
- You have 2 ways to receive your paycheck:
- Direct Deposit
- Skylight Pay Card
Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent

Requesting Time Off:
Please contact your onsite supervisor for time off request. Please note all request will be approved based off production needs. We also need the information and the approval complete 48 hours prior to the date needed.
lunch policies
You will receive a 30 min lunch. Breakroom includes microwaves, refrigerator, vending machines.

What to wear:
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
- Do not have your hood up during work.
- No loose fitting or revealing clothing.
- Must wear enclosed shoes, no crocs.
