Congratulations on being selected to work at Nailor!

Staffmark and Nailor have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Solutions Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Nailor.

It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

Parking

Parking is first come first serve unless the spot says reserved. DO NOT park in reserved parking spots to avoid your car getting toed. Please do not park in the following spots:

  • Handicap (without proper handicap tags)
  • Named/reserved
  • Numbered

Speed limit is less than 5mph, please be mindful of pedestrians walking, as parking lots are high traffic.

Attendance & Shifts

Incase you are late or absent


You are REQUIRED to message Andrew Ruiz via the Indeed Flex application if you will be late or absent from work, providing the following information.

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Department
  • Reason
  • Phone number

Failure to message through the Indeed Flex application will result in a no call no show, which will not enable you to confirm your shifts with Nailor.

Reach out to your Staffmark Representative for information on Requesting Time Off.

lunch / Other policies

Lunches are 30 minutes, so it is suggested that you bring your lunch. Refrigerators, microwaves, vending machines and storage shelves are provided. Please do your part to keep the area clean.

Phones and all personal electronic equipment (PDAs, MP3s, I-Pods, I-Pads, Digital Books, Tablets, Games, headphones, earbuds, smartwatches) are reserved for lunch period and breaks. It is not safe to use it while working and is a safety violation.

No smoking/vaping in the building is permitted (de
signated smoking areas are 10ft from the doors and marked).

Possession of firearms, explosives or weapons are not allowed in the workplace – if this policy is violated, the authorities will be contacted, and you will be removed from the premises.

Never use compressed air to clean off your skin or clothes, as air bubbles or debris can penetrate the skin and enter the bloodstream.

Each employee shall be responsible for good house keeping practices, we are one team!

Dress Code

What to wear:

Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!

  • Blue jeans
  • Dickies work shirts
  • Cargo Pants
  • Long Sleeve shirts
  • T shirts with sleeves
  • Steel Toe or composite toe shoes

 

What not to wear when working in warehouse/production areas:

  • Shorts/skirts
  • Capri pant
  • Sweatpants, tights, leggings or any workout pants of any kind
  • Tank tops, sleeveless shirts
  • Half shirts or crop tops
  • Sneakers, Crocs, Uggs, Sandals, or any other shoe other than steel toe or composite

 

Proper PPE: MUST be worn on the production floor.

  • Safety Glasses (provided)
  • Steel Toe Shoes (must bring)
  • Gloves (provided)
  • Sleeved shirts (must wear)
  • Ear Plugs (provided)
