Congratulations on being selected to work at RR Donnelley!
Staffmark and RR Donnelley have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Solutions Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and RR Donnelley.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

1st Shift 7am- 3pm | Monday to Friday
Mid Shift 8am- 4pm | Monday to Friday
2nd Shift 2pm-3pm | Monday to Friday
3rd Shift 11pm-7am | Monday to Friday

Time Clock Procedures
Please clock in and out daily for your shift. You will assigned a number.
Pay Rates
$16 to $19 per hour.
Pay Schedule
- Paydays are every Friday.
- Pay period is from Monday to Sunday and is paid the following Friday.
- You have 2 ways to receive your paycheck:
- Direct Deposit
- Skylight Pay Card

Requesting Time Off:
Fill out a form 48 hours in advance and have a lead or Manager sign it.
Lunch / Other Policies
20 minutes paid lunch.
Bring your lunch, drinks and snacks.
Vending machines and microwaves are also available.
Dress Code
What to wear:
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
- Steel Toes required.
- Clean comfortable slacks/pants, jeans, conservative shorts.
- Casual shirts, polo/golf type shirts, business-appropriate T-shirts.
What not to wear:
- No hoodies.
- No jewelry.
- No baggy low hanging pants.
- No tops with midriff sowing, or low cut tops.
