Staffmark and Sea Watch have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Solutions Program. It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

*Do not exceed break times.
NO SET HOURS OR DAYS.
Must be able to work Monday- Saturday.
1st shift calls a work tape after 5pm the day before to see next days schedule.
2nd and 3rd shift call same day between 10am-2pm for work days schedule.
There is an employee parking lot available to the left of the guard. Park in a designated parking spot. Please do not park in spaces marked for Visitors, Handicapped (unless authorized).
The employee portal! Go to www.employeeworkplace.com and log in using your email. Reset your password if you forget it. If the website doesn’t work on your phone, try a computer, or call our help line (855) 801-8451.
You will use a fingerprint and an employee number to clock in and out everyday.
Time clock is located in the breakroom by vending machines.
You will get your number and be finger scanned on your first day of work.
This is where you will be shown how to clock in.
You must call or text Staffmark at 302-422-0606. This should be done at least 2 hours before shift. You may leave a message if there is no answer. Please provide the following:
Time off must be request at least a week in advance with your supervisor. Then reported to Staffmark.
You will receive (two) 10 minute breaks and (one) 30 minute meal break during your shift.
Break/ lunch times are set by department, each day could vary based on production.
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
The dress code for this assignment is casual. Despite this, associates are still required to maintain attire that is professional for a workplace.
The dress- code requirements are as follows: Long Pants with no rips or holes, T- shirts that are short sleeve or longer. You can wear baseball caps and beanies.
NO JEWELRY, NO HOODIES, NO SHORTS,NOTHING OFFENSIVE OR THAT CAN FALL OFF CLOTHING.
