Congratulations on being selected to work at Thyssenkrupp!
Staffmark and Thyssenkrupp have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Thyssenkrupp.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
How to Check-In
When you enter Logistics Drive, you will see an entrance saying Building 1, 2, and 3 turn here and enter this way.
Although it says continue logistics drive there will be a 2nd entrance with a sign indicating building 2, 5 this way.
If you enter down this path it will take you to the orientation class, it will be the last building following the 2nd entrance.
Orientation Information
Please bring your ID and arrive not later than 7:00am for orientation class.
Dress Code: Jeans, T-Shirt, Long Sleeve Shirt, Steel Toe Boots. No holes in Jeans or Shirts. No Shorts.

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
You will be using a timeclock to track your hours.
Failure to clock in and out can affect your pay. Please contact Staffmark if you have any issues with the timeclock.
Use your Badge to clock in and out.
Pay Rates
- General Warehouse: $18.50
- Forklift: $19.25
- Reach: $20.50
Pay Schedule
- Paydays are every Friday.
- Pay period is from Monday to Sunday and is paid the following Friday.

Attendance & Shifts
If you accumulate more than 3 points on your first 90 days of employment will be subjected to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of assignment. 1 Point for absentee. 1/2 point for being late within 2 hours start of shift. 1 point for arriving late that is more than 2 hours starting from shift. 2 points for all no call/ no shows. Failure to clock in or out is a 1/2 point.

To request time off please let your Staffmark Onsite Representative know.

You cannot take any days off your first week due to training.
Dress Code
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
- Employee must wear shoes that are completely enclosed – Steel Toes ARE required.
