Congratulations on being selected to work at Thyssenkrupp @ Tesla! 

Staffmark and Thyssenkrupp have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Thyssenkrupp.

It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Phones and all personal electronic equipment are reserved
    for lunch period and breaks. It is not safe to use it while
    working and a safety violation.
  • There are no lockers available. Personal belongings should
    be kept locked in your in your vehicle or left at home.
  • TK is a NO-SMOKING campus. Smoking, vaping, and other
    means of tobacco use are not allowed on the property, even
    in your vehicle.

1st Shift: 6:00am – 4:30PM

2nd Shift: 6:00pm – 4:30AM

Workdays vary by department. Most work weeks are 4 days a week. Please contact your recruiter with questions.

Park in the parking lot next to the building.

There is no public transportation to the site as of right now. You will need to drive in or carpool with someone else that works there.

Employee Policies

Time Clock + Pay

Time Clock Procedures

You will be using a timeclock to track your hours.

Failure to clock in and out can affect your pay. Please contact Staffmark if you have any issues with the timeclock.

Use Badge to clock in and out.

Pay RATE
  • Warehouse: $18.50/hour
  • Forklift: $19.50/hour
  • Overtime pay after 40 hours.
Pay Schedule
  • Paydays are every Friday.
  • Pay via direct deposit or electronic paycard

Attendance & Shifts

INCASE YOU ARE LATE OR ABSENT

Text Staffmark at (512)-309-5817. Failure to call and text will result in a No Call No Show.

Call/text if you will be late or absent from work, providing:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Reason
  • Phone number
REQUESTING TIME OFF

To request time off please let your Staffmark Onsite Representative know. You can text in at (512)-309-5817. You cannot take any days off your first week due to training.

Lunch / Other Policies

Lunches are 30 minutes, so it is suggested that you bring your lunch. Refrigerators, microwaves, vending machines and storage shelves are provided. Please do your part to keep the area clean.

Dress Code

Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!

What to Wear:

  • Steel-toed boots or composite safety shoes are required.
  • Casual dress code. Please dress appropriately depending on the climate.

What NOT to Wear:

  • Headphones
  • Sunglasses
  • Open-toe or open-heel shoes
  • Any visible tattoos, body art, or clothing, that displays or depicts nudity, obscenity, violence, or sexually suggestive design.
