As a Accounts Payable Administrator in Saint Martinville, you’ll process invoices, track payments, and make the numbers behave. This role is perfect if you enjoy tidy records, color-coded spreadsheets, and checking things off the list.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Knowledge of AP processes, purchase orders, and inventory transactions

• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and deadlines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices with accurate coding and ERP entry
• Perform 2-way and 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice)
• Verify approvals and ensure compliance with accounting policies and controls
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (check, ACH, wire)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Partner with purchasing, receiving, and production teams to resolve invoice issues
• Maintain organized AP records and documentation
• Support month-end close, accruals, and AP aging analysis
• Generate reports using ERP systems and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Assist with audits and continuous process improvement initiatives
