To Crush This Job

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to perform basic math
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity preferred
• Proven safety, attendance, and performance reliability
• Ability to accurately complete documentation and reports
• Ability to lift and maneuver 25 lbs. or more without assistance

Your Role on the Floor

• Identify parts by catalog number and inspect materials for quality and defects
• Load, unload, and feed material into dies
• Operate press equipment and meet press department production requirements
• Make minor machine adjustments as needed
• Meet established production and performance standards
• Accurately complete timesheets and production reports
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Setup personnel
