Job responsibilities: 

• Use basic hand tools and routers to assemble cabinet parts
• Verify specifications by reading the shop order and measuring components
• Document actions by completing the quality assurance checklist
• Clean and maintain work area, equipment, and tools
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Identify and troubleshoot issues or discrepancies encountered during the assembly process

How You’ll Crush It on Shift if You:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Assembly, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
• Can lift up to 25 lbs and stand on your feet during your shift
• Are able to Snap, stack, screw, and sort—it’s all in your hands
• Learn fast, move smart, and stay sharp
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and a router.
• Follow the playbook and hit production targets
• Keep the floor safe and organized
• Work as a team. Finish strong every day
• Willing and able to work overtime, if needed
