Pay Rate: $29.00 – $31.00 per hour
Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday – Friday

Here’s what we’re looking for.

  • Two years of college or relevant technical education preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in warranty, RMA, customer service, or related operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage warranty and RMA transactions (creation, tracking, closure).
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and suppliers to resolve product issues.
  • Create replacement orders, schedule service activities, and arrange outbound logistics as needed.
  • Serve as primary communication link with customers, channel partners, and field personnel regarding claim status and resolution.
  • Prepare credit memos, vendor compliance paperwork, and adjustments per company policy.
  • Track and generate regular warranty/RMA reports; maintain procedures and contribute to process improvements.
  • Perform other duties outside core functions as required, with adequate training provided.
