To Crush This Job

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced factory environment
• Able to stand, lift, push, pull, and bend for long periods
• Physically able to lift 10–35 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Your Role on the Floor

• Operate machines with precision and focus.
• Spot breakdowns fast and get things back on track.
• Inspect finished parts to make sure they hit the mark.
• Adjust tools and settings as needed to keep things smooth.
• Keep safety first, always.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery, robots, and assembly equipment
• Perform 100% visual inspection of all parts produced
• Set up and changeover machinery per schedule and product needs
• Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Use gauges and measuring tools to verify quality
• Accurately complete production reports, tags, and checklists
