Shift: (1st Shift | 6 AM – 2:30 PM) (2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) (Weekends | Friday – Monday | 6 AM – 4 PM)

Here’s what it takes to succeed with us.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electro-Mechanical, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–4 years of experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or etch testing environments
• Basic knowledge of vacuum systems, pneumatics, and leak testing
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and basic computer skills

Work Environment & Requirements:

• Cleanroom and manufacturing environment with required PPE
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Flexible to work 2nd shift, weekends, and overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform wafer testing and inspection following etch processes
• Monitor etch process performance and verify results meet specifications
• Operate and maintain etch and metrology equipment
• Measure critical dimensions, film thickness, and surface quality
• Identify defects, abnormalities, and process deviations
• Troubleshoot issues and support corrective actions
• Record and analyze test data and results
• Follow cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes
