Monday – Friday | 6:15 PM – 2:15 AM
Monday – Friday | 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a related business environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfort using technology as part of daily work responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proven problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Professional demeanor when representing the organization internally and externally
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
• Ability to walk and remain active throughout a large job site during a 12-hour shift

What You’ll Do

• Provide front-line technical support for drivers checking into the site using transportation management technology
• Scan drivers in at the gate and troubleshoot system or access issues in real time
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational concerns quickly and accurately
• Serve as a professional point of contact for drivers, customers, and site personnel
• Support day-to-day shipment management operations and non-standard customer requests
• Participate in operational and client-specific training initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on logistics and transportation issues
• Walk across a large construction site as needed to support operational flow
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support site success
