• Strong leadership experience in a Quality or Lab environment
• Background in food safety, manufacturing, or quality systems
• Experience with audits, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage daily Quality Lab operations
• Oversee manufacturing procedures, batch sheets, and compliance documentation
• Drive food safety and quality initiatives across the facility
• Analyze data to improve product quality, efficiency, and cost savings
• Coordinate audits, shelf-life studies, and customer sample requests
• Manage lab budget, KPI reporting, and inventory
• Train, develop, and lead a team of Quality professionals
• Support continuous improvement, RCA investigations, and regulatory compliance
