Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift Options: 1st – (7:45 AM-8 PM), 3rd – (7:45 PM-8 AM) | Requires working a 12-hour swing shift every other Friday | Sunday Off

Cutter Operator Requirements: 

• 2 years of manufacturing experience required
• Previous experience with machines or cutting equipment preferred.
• Ability to use SAP or learn production data entry systems.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow work instructions.
• Willingness to cross-train and support packaging operations.
• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds.
• Steel-toe shoes required.

Cutter Operator Job Duties: 

• Operate cutting equipment to meet production goals.
• Inspect, grade, and pack finished products.
• Complete production paperwork and enter data into SAP.
• Change paper and materials to maintain production flow.
• Assist with packaging line operations as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
