Shift: Monday – Friday | 8 AM-5 PM

We’re hiring receptionists to be the friendly faces and helpful voices to greet visitors, answer phones, handle light admin work, and help keep the day running smoothly.

If you’re organized and love helping people, this Receptionist job could be just right.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Greet guests and make them feel welcome
• Answer phones and keep things flowing
• Facilitate communications with executive-level staff.
• Handle scheduling, filing, and light office work
• Pitch in with day-to-day admin tasks

What You Bring (Besides That Great Smile):

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related receptionist/customer service experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Office and communication skills.
• Experience in a corporate office environment preferred.
