Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician

Location: Mason, OH

Pay: $28.48 – 32.31 per hour

Schedule: 8 PM – 6:30 AM | Sunday – Friday

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Repair mechanical components, including bearings, filters, valves, wiring, gauges, and switches
• Install plate changeovers and start-up machines as needed for production
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues by observing and testing machinery
• Adjust and replace functional parts to maintain optimal machine performance
• Lubricate, clean, and maintain machinery and support equipment
• Document and track changeover times and completed work orders
• Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout, PPE use, 5S, and housekeeping standards
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime, reduce scrap, and improve plant efficiency
• Perform other related maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3–5 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (mechanical and electrical experience preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
• Skilled in using precision measuring devices (amp meters, electric meters, hydraulic gauges)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to solve practical problems
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, decimals, fractions)
• Professional, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
