Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour (6 month Contract)

What Makes You Stand Out.
- 3+ years of executive administrative support experience in financial services, consulting, or corporate environments.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Experience with expense management systems (e.g., Concur) preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.

- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and assistant teams.
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, prioritizing meetings and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and logistics.
- Process and reconcile expenses in compliance with company policies (Concur preferred).
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive communications.
- Anticipate scheduling and operational challenges, delivering proactive problem-solving solutions.
- Support a variety of administrative and operational tasks across leadership teams.
