Staffmark is hiring an experienced Grinder Operator to join our client’s team in South Gate, CA. If you have a strong work ethic and attention to detail, this is your chance to grow with a company that values precision and quality.

Pay: $19.00/hour

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift
• (Days of the week may vary based on production needs)

As a Grinder Operator, you will perform final surface inspections and conditioning of forged parts prior to shipment. Responsibilities include operating hand grinding machines, identifying defects or malfunctions, replacing grinding wheels or parts, and ensuring all components meet quality standards by removing burrs, rust, sharp edges, or scale.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of grinding or related experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Steel-toe boots required
