Pay Rate: $43.00 – $44.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7 AM – 3:30 PM (Hybrid after 2–4-week training period)
Employment Type: 6–12-month assignment

What’s Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in project accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong background in financial forecasting, reconciliation, and cost tracking.
• Experience with SAP (required); familiarity with Apptio One / Target Process preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Small, distributed team with high visibility across stakeholders.
• Flexibility required for early morning meetings (7:00–7:30 AM CT).

What You’ll Do

• Support financial planning and project cost management, including time tracking, capitalization, and PO forecasting.
• Perform variance analysis to identify gaps between budgeted and actual costs, providing actionable insights.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and cost estimates using tools such as Apptio Target Process.
• Collaborate with project managers and global stakeholders to support financial decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards, including internally developed technology accounting.
• Review contracts and monitor project cost performance and financial health.
• Assist with reconciliation and financial data validation.
