Machinist Lathe Grinder Requirements: Born for the Shop Floor

• High school diploma or GED required; machining certification a plus.
• 5+years of related experience in the manufacturing industry
• Can read blueprints, follow specs, and measure twice before you cut once.
• Hands-on experience with machines and hand tools (lathes, grinders, etc.)
• Team player who shows up, stays focused, and works smart.
• Strong back, steady pace, and commitment to safety.
