Now hiring Material Handler
Location: Springfield, OH
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Here’s the Deal.  We Need Someone Who:

  • High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to read instructions, drawings, and specifications.
  • Basic computer skills including ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive movements.
  • Comfortable working around equipment, noise, and manufacturing conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform shipping and receiving operations, verifying incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Conduct basic inspections to ensure materials meet quality and serviceability standards.
  • Execute ERP system transactions to maintain accurate inventory and material tracking.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to ensure proper material flow.
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products safely.
  • Assemble and package products according to work instructions and specifications.
  • Maintain inventory records, productivity logs, and compliance documentation.
  • Support lean manufacturing initiatives and 5S practices to improve efficiency and organization.
  • Ensure a clean, safe work environment while following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
