Shift: 8 am – 5 pm, Mon – Fri

Here’s what we’re looking for.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience -Required
- 5+ years in quality management and CI, with leadership experience-Required
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills-Required
- Knowledge of quality management systems, Lean, Six Sigma-Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite-Required
- Advanced degree or certifications in quality/CI-Preferred
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt-Preferred
- Knowledge of printing technologies, Print on Demand, or related sectors-Preferred

Responsibilities
Quality Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain the plant’s quality management system.
- Lead strategic CI initiatives and Lean workshops.
- Oversee audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Analyze data and trends to drive improvement.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Continuous Improvement
- Oversee training and development for the QCI team.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and share best practices.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Documentation & Reporting
- Utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of quality and CI initiatives.
- Generate regular reports for the site and senior leadership.
- Maintain SOPs and ensure documentation accuracy.
Communication & Collaboration
- Partner with production, engineering, and other departments.
- Communicate effectively at all levels to drive change.
