Here’s what we’re looking for.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience -Required
• 5+ years in quality management and CI, with leadership experience-Required
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills-Required
• Knowledge of quality management systems, Lean, Six Sigma-Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite-Required
• Advanced degree or certifications in quality/CI-Preferred
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt-Preferred
• Knowledge of printing technologies, Print on Demand, or related sectors-Preferred

Responsibilities

Quality Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain the plant’s quality management system.
• Lead strategic CI initiatives and Lean workshops.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Analyze data and trends to drive improvement.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Continuous Improvement

• Oversee training and development for the QCI team.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and share best practices.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Documentation & Reporting

• Utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of quality and CI initiatives.
• Generate regular reports for the site and senior leadership.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure documentation accuracy.

Communication & Collaboration

• Partner with production, engineering, and other departments.
• Communicate effectively at all levels to drive change.
