Pay Rate: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (must be available to work overtime)

• 10+ years of experience
• Strong skills in both fabrication and installation
• Proven ability and desire to lead a team and collaborate effectively
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Steel-toe shoes
• Must possess basic hand tools
• A valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Understands cut sheets and oversee project execution
• Operate woodworking machinery and fabrication processes
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure quality and efficiency
