This factory assembly worker job is built for people who like to move, build, and hustle. You’ll assemble, pack, and keep the gears turning while earning weekly pay. Bring your energy, and we’ll bring the training and benefits.

What It Takes:

• Diploma or GED
• Assembly or production experience gives you a head start
• Use tools and equipment safely (we’ll train you)
• Be able to stay moving, lift 25 lbs, no sweat
• Be reliable and work with your team
• Ability to follow engineering instructions, read blueprints, schematics, SGAs, and routings

The Real Deal Day-to-Day:

• Follows engineering instructions for assembly: Blueprints, schematics, SGAs, and/or routings.
• Prepares individual components for assembly, including Drilling, pinning, wiring, reaming, and riveting.
• Pot and highpot test meters, hydrotest meters.
• Checks assembled product to assure product is assembled correctly and is cosmetically acceptable. Performs first piece verification.
• Maintains required production records.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area, quantity, and production standards.
