What You Need

• 1-2 years of janitorial experience in a warehouse environment
• Forklift experience preferred (sit-down), but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Maintain the cleanliness of warehouse floors, aisles, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and remove debris throughout the facility
• Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company procedures
• Clean spills promptly to ensure a safe work environment
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums
• Assist with organizing pallets, materials, and general warehouse housekeeping
• Utilize a sit-down forklift to move materials and support cleaning efforts (if trained)
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
