Your Skills

• High school diploma or GED (extra creds are a plus).
• Maintenance or repair experience in a plant or warehouse (2+ years).
  • Including small tool repair or production machinery maintenance.
• Can troubleshoot electrical or mechanical problems fast.
• Blueprints and manuals don’t slow you down.
• Comfortable working on your feet, lifting, and hustling in all conditions.

The Day to Day 

• Preventive maintenance, repairs when needed.
• Jump on breakdowns and troubleshoot fast.
• Keep records straight and safety standards tighter.
• Finish knowing the shop’s ready for tomorrow.
