Shift: (1st Shift | 5 AM – 5 or 5:30 PM) (2nd Shift | 1:30 PM – 10 PM) Must be flexible for OT

What It Takes to Get on the Line

• No prior experience required (manufacturing or food production experience is a plus)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
• Basic math skills (measuring, counting, weights)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 15 lbs
• Mixers only up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Your Work Will Keep Things Moving

• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to batch formulas and recipes
• Operate basic production equipment such as mixers, blenders, and packaging machines
• Assist with filling, labeling, and sealing products for distribution
• Follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines (GMP, HACCP)
• Perform quality checks to ensure consistency, flavor accuracy, and proper packaging
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas before and after production runs
• Accurately complete production and inventory records
• Support re-packaging and custom orders for clients (retail and foodservice)
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals and deadlines
