Schedule: 1st shift | Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Friday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

What It Takes to Keep Quality Tight

• Qualifications: A U.S. citizen & able to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Know-How: High school diploma or GED preferred. Training or experience in production or manufacturing is a big plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated mechanical inspection background + CNC experience (Ideally in an aerospace environment).
• Attention to Detail: You catch the “small stuff” that keeps the “big stuff” moving.
• Physical Ability: Stay on your feet, move with the crew, and lift (up to) 40-50 lbs when needed.
• Attitude: Reliable, steady, and proud to be the one who keeps things right.
• Aptitude: Basic measurement skills using micrometers, calipers, height gages, bore gages, and optical comparators
