• Previous CNA experience required (license not required)
• Phlebotomy experience is a must
• Minimum 1 year in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication, computer, and customer service skills
• Must pass hospital background check & drug screening
• Clean driving record required
• Ability to handle confidential patient information professionally
• Frequent standing and walking
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (occasionally up to 30 lbs)
• Exposure to biological materials (blood draws)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipunctures (blood draws) and specimen collection 99% of the day
• Assist with patient intake, registration, and documentation
• Ensure accurate patient information and maintain records
• Provide professional, compassionate interaction with patients and staff
• Transport specimens and assist with lab supply coordination
• Follow all hospital policies and safety procedures
