• 1+ years of experience in HVAC and pool maintenance required.
• General maintenance knowledge a plus (plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical tasks regularly.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and time management.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair on HVAC systems and pool equipment.
• Handle general service maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on community systems.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report larger repair needs to management.
