• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Ability to stay calm and professional in difficult conversations
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer and typing skills (Mac experience preferred)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage client intake and phone calls, including assisting upset or urgent clients
• Maintain calendars using Apple/Mac systems
• Request, organize, and manage medical records
• Assist with client care coordination, including arranging healthcare services
• Prepare legal documents such as court pleadings and discovery responses
• Scan, file, and organize case documents
• Run occasional office errands and support general administrative tasks
