Shift: 1st shift 7am-3:30pm M-F | Plant open 24/7 | Multiple shifts available.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum one (1) year of plant and/or manufacturing experience in a public, private, government, or military environment
• Must have experience with sandblasting or surface preparation
• Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision
• Ability to resolve issues or problems that may arise
• Ability to perform responsibilities accurately and thoroughly
• Efficient organization and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well under pressure

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient setup and production of quality material on their assigned coating line
• Responsible for coordinating job changeovers, monitoring the master schedule, and accurately recording and entering production data, including test results
• Complete accurately and in a timely manner, all required production reports and quality data entries utilizing the provided job traveler and/or designated software
• Review the Manufacturing Order schedule and prepare/plan for upcoming production runs
• Coordinate and perform production runs to meet targets based on job specifications and work instructions
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment at all times
• Maintain housekeeping at machine areas according to established standards
• Master all controls and consoles related to the whole operation or specific stations and tools on the line
