Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM

Ready to work hard and see the results in your paycheck? As a Screen Operator, you’ll be responsible for the setup and production of high-quality printing jobs, to meet customer and company expectations, cost-effectively, while meeting strict deadlines, on a roll-fed Screen Press.

Tools of the Trade

• High school diploma  or GED (trade experience is a plus)
• 5 years’ experience operating large offset / digital presses with 2+ years’ experience operating roll-fed or continuous screen-printing presses.
• Mechanical instincts — you know when something’s off
• Detail counts — quality is everything
• Strong enough for lifting and long shifts
• Reliable teammate who puts safety first

Your Role on the Floor

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain Continuous Inkjet Roll-to-Roll Printing Press equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor press operation during production runs to identify and resolve any mechanical or printing issues.
• Accurately interpret job tickets and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all jobs meet customer specifications.
• Perform and schedule routine maintenance & service. Retain detailed records.
• Select and prepare print samples or proofs for customer review upon request.
• Organize and prepare printed output for the next stage in the production process
• Ability to interpret and produce variable content within high-volume print production environments
