Pay Rate: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour (based on shift and experience)
Schedules:
Day Shift | 6:45 AM – 7 PM (2 – 2 – 3 12-hour rotating schedule) or 6 AM – 6 PM
Night Shift | 6:45 PM – 7 AM (4 – 4 rotating schedule)

Experience Requirements

• Warehouse, picker/packer, and assembly experience is preferred.
• Lift, bend, move safely all day.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Job Duties:

• Assemble and offload products.
• Pack items into crates.
• Complete the required paperwork.
• Inspect for quality and flag issues quickly.
• Keep work areas safe and organized.
• Utilize in-line assembly equipment (strappers, wrappers, labelers, nail guns, and staple guns).

As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions.
