Job Summary
We are currently hiring an Onsite Production Specialist for our Carson team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to work primarily onsite at a customer’s facility and may be responsible for a branch supported on-site account where recruiting occurs in the branch, and there is no separate P&L, or for a large account. The scope of position may vary depending upon the customer and the size of the account.
Essential Duties
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
- Build and maintain good relationships at all levels of the customer’s organization and deliver exceptional service by ensuring by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, issues, and ensuring consistent quality.
- Works with the customer’s team to coordinate and forecast staffing requirements.
- Manage and oversee daily timekeeping process and reconciliation of time to ensure payroll and invoice accuracy.
- Perform quality control functions to ensure the customer is satisfied across all levels of their organization.
- Ensure accurate and timely information about the account and assigned temporary employees are entered into the operating system. Maintain customer information relative to specific onsite account in the system.
- Perform quality evaluations on temporary employees.
- Support Staffmark Group Safety requirements and participate in the customer’s safety program. Verifies that employees follow safety policies and any PPE requirements. Conducts accident reviews, investigations and report of injury with Staffmark Group and customer safety department as needed.
- Implement employee programs and activities to improve KPI performance such as absenteeism and turnover.

Technical capacity, enthusiastic demeanor, commitment to continuous improvement, and ability to motivate, coach and constructively critique front-line administrative level employees and supervisory employees, as well as effectively interact with other managers and Company leadership. 2-4 years of previous work within a staffing company or in customer service and 2 years or more experience supervising 100 employees or more in a metric driven environment required. PeopleSoft experience preferred.
